A Day Before The Night Before / Un Día Antes De La Noche Antes
La versión español está después de la versión inglés.
I’m not in my nightshirt nor is Ma in her cap (OK, San Geraldo is in his), but I thought I’d go into Christmas with one final Fuengirola fashion florish. These photos were taken today, the day before the night before Christmas, around the neighborhood.
From Brooklyn, New York; to North Massapequa; back to Brooklyn; Brockport, New York; back to Brooklyn... To Boston, Massachusetts, where I met Jerry... To Marina del Rey, California; Washington, DC; New Haven and Guilford, Connecticut; San Diego, San Francisco, Palm Springs, and Santa Barbara, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; Irvine, California; Sevilla, Spain. And Fuengirola, Málaga..

San Geraldo needs a big pom-pom on that tuque (as we call them in Canada).
Now see, you two look like winter and sane, and fashionable. Fit into the holiday. Nothing says Christmas like those two in that second picture. Is that guy even wearing shorts? I don’t see any jingle bells hanging……
I still don’t understand the shorts thing, kind of whackadoo. That lady obviously loves her flowers, right down to her socks though. You look very handsome, but yes, please wear your scarf with your black jjacket
even the women can’t get it together; sad. here it is sunny and 42F. no need for scarves & hats in 63F temps! happy yuletide to you both and the furkids!
I rather like the lady with the fringed lavender scarf. And look – guy in the top panel is so happy that he finally found his leg! He’s hanging on to it so it doesn’t go missing again.
Tacky fashion, the gift that keeps on giving! The curled lip guy looks as if he’s smelling something quite unpleasant. Maybe his companion forgot to bathe for a few days 🙂 I do so like making up stories about random people.
Deedles,
That guy really loves him Jed like he could t believe what she was wearing. I love making up stores, too. I used to do that.. and sometimes still do… to entertain The Kid Brother.

Yes I agree, maybe we can send him one with a big logo of the Montreal Canadien.
Laurent,
Oh he would love it.
Debra,
He would love it.
What a fashion statement ! Still not sure about the rolled up leg.
You look Fabulous and somewhat out of place ? Yes ?
Merry day before Christmas Eve,
cheers, parsnip and badger
Parsnip,
Some people here do look as chic as me. Well, nearly. The rolled one leg? No clue. And I still haven’t felt comfortable asking someone.

Mistress Maddie,
Do you believe that get-up? Is that what they call festive?

Cheapchick,
I don’t get the shorts thing either. Is it sexy? Maybe 2019 will be the year I approach someone and find out.
“Don we now our Gay apparel, falala, falala la, la, la, la!” I like you concept of cold winter weather.
David,
Oh how our blood has thinned after more than 25 years in mostly Mediterranean climates. 63 is downright chilly.

anne marie,
When the temps drop below 70F, the scarves come out… and I’ve got a lot of them!

Wilma,
Oh no, looking at those two women made my eyes hurt. And you’re right about that guy; he was obsessed with that exposed leg.
Love is blind, I guess!
‘Fashions Consults by Mitch’…..you’re welcome.
Have a wonderful ‘holiday’ couple of days.
Jim,
That man really looked like he couldn’t bear the sight of that combination… he r at leas couldn’t believe it.
SG is looking toasty, and you are looking, as my Dad would say, ‘Sharp.’
Even with the mixing of patterns!
Bob,
I’m getting so daring. I should have done a full body photo. I was wearing orange and blue plaid pants. (But you’ll have to take my word for it.)

OMG you need a fashion police in your neck of the woods, maybe Brexit will force them all to leave.
Laurent,
Oh, Brexit… don’t get me started.
I can’t deal with my socks slipping down. A shorts leg “riding” up would drive me crazy.
Walt the Fourth,
I’m with you. I don’t get it.
