Zorionak Eta Urte Berri On

La versión español está después de la versión inglés.

THAT’S EUSKARA, THE Basque language, for Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I tried to teach the cats how to say it so I could create a personal video for you, but they refused to cooperate. Dudo wouldn’t even wear the reindeer antlers I got him. At least Moose modeled the Santa hat. Although, admittedly, that was only in Photoshop.

An acquaintance from Basque Country tries to teach me a new word or phrase in Euskara whenever he sees me. I never retain any of them for more than a minute. The only reason I remember this one is because he wrote it on a napkin. Anyway, here are all the cat photos to finish off the year. So, Zorionak Eta Urte Berri On. Feliz Navidad. God Jul. Merry Christmas. Happy Kwanzaa. Happy Chanukah. Happy Holidays. Happy Solstice. And, if none of this means a thing to you: Have a nice day.

Entonces, Zorionak Eta Urte Berri On. Feliz Navidad. God Jul. Merry Christmas. Happy Kwanzaa. Happy Chanukah. Happy Holidays. Seasons Greetings. Feliz Solsticio. Y, si nada de esto significa algo para ti: Que tengas un buen día.

    1. Frank,
I don’t know what I was thinking. I used to always include Italian! Buon Natale to you both!

  1. Joyeux Noel et Bonne Annee 2020! since we are doing languages this morning…

for moose and dudo: meow meow and purrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I love looking at kitty pix!

    1. Mistress Maddie,
More like Yowltide! Moose got lost momentarily the other night (on the stairs)! Story to come. Hope you’ve been having a joy filled time.

    1. Bob,
Escaped cat story to come! Just one flight of stairs away but you’d think the world had come to an end.

    1. Judy,
Done before Moose snuck downstairs and couldn’t find his way back up. Panic attack! NOT cute.

  2. Showed your pictures of Moose to my two and they were puzzled as to why you did not have pictures of Dachshunds. According to Nicky, dachshund selfies are far more likely to get you lots of attention to your blog. I do not argue with Nicky.

  3. I can NEVER get enough photos of Dudo and Moose! They are so wonderful. How I love that first photo of Moose with his photoshopped Santa hat!

    1. Debra:
I am so grateful to you for enjoying the cats. They sure do bring us joy. It’s fascinating how their personalities have evolved over the years. They’ve been with us for 7-1/2 years!
