Digging Diapers / Cavando Pañales

La versión en español está después de la versión en inglés.

I PUT ON ANOTHER REVERSIBLE mask this morning and went for a walk on the beach. These fabrics were two more of my choices and Judyshannon combined them perfectly.

I was inspired to go on an archaeological dig, something I’ve never done. First I had to find dinosaur prints and next I had to find dinosaur bones. All I found were Fuengirola fashion mavens in shorts or almost not in shorts. Some, as usual, looked like diapers.

And, since I started with two shots of me on the beach, I though I’d finish with one more. Rockaway Beach, New York. July 1955. In a diaper. I think I wore it so much better.

.

Rockaway Beach, Nueva York. Julio de 1955. En un pañal. Creo que lo usé mucho mejor.

Walking on the bike path, he appeared to have forgotten his pants … and his bicycle.
Caminando por el carril bici, parecía haber olvidado sus pantalones … y su bicicleta.

  1. I like your new masks…….one for every mood and then some.
Your photos woke me up! Thanks, I needed something to give me a jolt! lol

  2. The sunglasses are great, I can see you taking a selfie in a selfie! It appears is the style is dress for comfort.

    1. David,
As you can tell, I’m enjoying myself. Glad more masks are on the way.

  3. DINOSAURS! COOL! yes, you DID wear the diaper better. but such nice ASSet shots!

  4. Ah, AssCrack Day at the beach. And it fell on the same day as Diaper Day! You’re one lucky fella, Mitchell!

  5. The angle of those two top photos make it seem like you are riding on waves of sand.

I do love your dramatic angst in the Rockaway Beach photo. Was someone trying to take your bottle? 🙂

    1. Mary,
I was down in the mountain runoff channel. As for my stressful look, I was already desperate for a drink!

  6. You got selfies of your shadow, too! You definitely wore the diapers better. I can only shake my head at the other folks . . . .

    1. Wilma,
Apparently short-shorts are coming back into style. So maybe these guys will stop doing this!

  7. That first photo makes you look like The Chosen One in the middle of the Sahara Desert!

    1. Debra,
There are a couple of run-off channels on the beach. One gave me a place to slide down and sit below the sand. Made for great shots, I think.

  8. You DEFINITELY wore it better. Good Lord. What are people thinking?!

(I was trying to read the Arabic tattoo on the arm of the guy in grey, but I can’t make it out…)

    1. Steve,
I thought of blurring the tattoo so he couldn’t be identified by it. It’s Greek to me.

  9. You did wear the diaper better. Hell, I wear my diaper better, but no pictures please 🙂 Despite poor choices in fashion, these guys have really nice legs! Why oh why do all the wrong people wear speedos? I made the same notation about nudity while on a beach somewhere in the Bahamas.

    1. Deedles,
I think anyone should be happy wearing a speedo or the like. Go for comfort. And to me it looks better than tucking your shorts or swimsuit into your crack!

      1. Speedos are comfortable? They don’t look like it! I suppose forty-five years of living with Mr.” I want the boys to be loose and free, that’s why the grandpa shorts at nineteen” taught me that tight is not comfortable at all. You live you learn.

      2. Deedles:
Speedos are a lot more comfortable than all that fabric. Yes, definitely. (As long as you’re not self-conscious about wearing them.)

    1. Walt the Fourth:
Oh the diapers. Makes me actually like the one short leg look.

I’m happy (grateful) to share something that brings a smile to your face. More to come. I realize now I can’t share any mask photos without something interesting or curious about them… except the mask. There are still masks you haven’t seen and there are more on their way to us.

  10. What’s with Fuengirola and the short shorts, or the one leg up and one leg down? Hilarious really. And you did wear the diaper better than any of them!

    1. Carole:
If I could answer that question, I probably wouldn’t find it so entertaining. The diaper look is obviously to expose more skin to the sun. One leg up, one leg down… No clue.
