THANKS TO THE LOCKDOWN, FUENGIROLA fashion has taken a turn. I won’t say whether the turn is for better or worse; I’ll let you decide. But the very few people I’ve seen pass by below, or on the street during my brief outings, have given me nothing of note, trendy or otherwise, to share with you.
So, I’ve dug into the archives for street fashion from more interesting times. Today’s memories are from 2015. Should we hope some of these looks make a comeback when we’re out on the street again?
The photo above is from yesterday’s big adventure. I took out the recycling. And, yes, I took the elevator. Although the ankle continues to improve, it is taking its own sweet time. It was a bad sprain.
Oh, I don’t think I mentioned: San Geraldo baked an apple cake Wednesday. Delicious. And gone. In the past, we would have simply split the cake in half and consumed it in one go. This time, we managed four servings each. We are so mature.

GRACIAS AL ENCIERRO, LA MODA de Fuengirola ha dado un giro. No diré si el giro es para bien o para mal; te dejaré decidir. Pero las pocas personas que he visto pasar por debajo, o en la calle durante mis breves salidas, no me han dado nada notable, de moda o de otro tipo, para compartir con vosotros.
Entonces, busqué en los archivos de la moda callejera desde tiempos más interesantes. Los recuerdos de hoy son de 2015. ¿Deberíamos esperar que algunos de estas miradas regresen cuando volvamos a la calle?
La foto de arriba es de la gran aventura de ayer. Saqué el reciclaje. Y, sí, cogí el ascensor. Aunque el tobillo continúa mejorando, se está tomando su tiempo dulce. Fue un esguince malo.
Oh, no creo haber mencionado: San Geraldo horneó una tarta de manzana el miércoles. Delicioso. Y se han ido. En el pasado, simplemente dividiríamos la tarta por la mitad y lo consumiríamos de una vez. Esta vez, logramos cuatro porciones cada una. Somos muy maduros
