Cousin Al arrived yesterday afternoon in his last clean clothes, T-shirt, boxer bathing suit, socks (and sneakers, designer of course), and (according to him) underwear. All his laundry went in the machine last night and he’s ready to start again today. He and I are going to the beach across the street. No other plans for the day, so far.

Al gave Dudo special treats yesterday, which Dudo finally took from between his fingers. Now, Dudo is cautious but he won’t stop staring at Al who is sleeping on the living room sofa. Moose comes around the corner for a peek and then quickly leaves. Al and I did a bit of walking around the neighborhood yesterday evening and then the three of us went out for dinner.

I received word that my iPad battery is in fact dying. In three to five days, for a total of 119€, I’ll be receiving a new iPad! I wonder if I can manage the same deal for my iMac. And MacBook. Should I ask?

Primo Al llegó ayer por la tarde con su última ropa limpia, camiseta, bañador bóxer, calcetines (y zapatillas, de diseñador por supuesto) y (según él) ropa interior. Toda su ropa se metió en la máquina anoche y está listo para empezar de nuevo hoy. Él y yo vamos a la playa al otro lado de la calle. No hay otros planes para el día, hasta ahora.

Ayer Al le dio a Dudo un regalo especial, que Dudo tomó de entre sus dedos. Ahora, Dudo es cauteloso pero no deja de mirar a Al que duerme en el sofá del salón. Moose da la vuelta a la esquina para echar un vistazo y luego se va rápidamente. Nos dos dimos un paseo por el barrio ayer por la tarde y luego los tres salimos a cenar.

Recibí la noticia de que la batería de mi iPad se está agotando. ¡En tres o cinco días, por un total de 119€, recibiré un nuevo iPad! Me pregunto si puedo manejar el mismo trato para mi iMac y Macbook. ¿Debería preguntar?
