The title is your Spanish lesson for the day. Present tense. I’ve been feeling so lousy that San Geraldo had to wash the dishes last night. I didn’t even have the energy to carry mine to the kitchen.
This morning, I went back to bed after breakfast and woke up a couple of hours later feeling almost human. No fever. I seem to be on the mend and I think I even have the energy to take a shower. I may not have been up for stretching or exercise recently but, after all the coughing, I have abs of steel. Here are some photos from my day at the Poets’ Garden. It looks like a charming place to live.
El título es tu lección de español del día. Presente. Me he sentido tan mal que San Geraldo tuvo que lavar los platos anoche. Ni siquiera tuve energía para llevar los míos a la cocina.
Esta mañana, volví a la cama después del desayuno y me desperté un par de horas después sintiéndome casi como una persona. Sin fiebre. Parece que me estoy recuperando y creo que incluso tengo energía para ducharme. Puede que últimamente no haya tenido ganas de estirarme o hacer ejercicio pero, después de tanta tos, tengo abdominales de acero. Aquí hay algunas fotos de mi día en el Jardín del Poeta. Parece un lugar encantador para vivir.
• Al salir de los jardines (al fondo), se aprecian tramos del antiguo muro por todo el vecindario. Es bueno ver las reparaciones.
