Bath Time at the Zoo

JUST HANGING OUT.

After giving the kids a good washing, our neighbors’ housekeeper/nanny decided to give the animals a good washing, as well. It was an interesting sight and reminded me of bath day at our house (which I clearly enjoyed, although it wasn’t quite so colorful).

DRYING OFF IN THE IN THE SUNSHINE WOULD HAVE BEEN FUN.

  1. You are very handsome now Mitch, but forgive me if I ooh and aaah over what a gorgeous little boy you were. Those eyes are filled with such fun. Lovely, lovely photo.

  3. We used to wash the kids stuffed animals in a pillowcase in the washing machine until they became too threadbare and in danger of "dying".

  4. What a bright-eyed little fella you were! I'm still struggling to get back on my blog. It got really screwed up and I'm having a terrible time with Google!

  5. Here in Arizona we have lots of sunshine in which to dry out. Best towel there is : dry air and hot temps. I think you should 'dry outside' some yourself again.

  6. I remember grandma washing my son's cuddly with fabric softener when he was little and rather than being grateful he was very angry as the smell was wrong! Hope the animals on the line just smelt of sunshine! Oh and what a beautiful little chap you were.:)
