In Fuengirola, we had three cat trees (kitty condos). When we bought a new one for the living area, we moved the previous one to San Geraldo’s office to replace the oldest one which was then moved to the terrace. By the time we left Fuengirola, the two older ones were torn and tattered and an eyesore. SG had plans to buy the supplies and renovate them himself, but never got around to it.
We got rid of the terrace tree before we moved. There’s no room for one on our new terrace. Well, there is, but then it would be the cats’ terrace. At long last, we bought a new one for SG’s office and I assembled it yesterday. What an improvement.
As you can see in the photo above (and in today’s videos), the cats were already in love with it as soon as I began assembly. Moose was like a kitten.
In the evening, Dudo was happily settled one level down from the top when Moose arrived. There was a major squabble that had to be broken up by San Geraldo. Dudo was an absolute shit. Today, so far, peace and brotherly love (and distance) rein.
En Fuengirola teníamos tres árboles para gatos (condominios para gatos). Cuando compramos uno nuevo para el salón, trasladamos el anterior a la oficina de San Geraldo para reemplazar el más viejo, que luego se trasladó a la terraza. Para cuando nos fuimos de Fuengirola, los dos más viejos estaban rotos y hechos un desastre. SG tenía pensado comprar los materiales y renovarlos él mismo, pero nunca lo hizo.
Nos deshicimos del árbol de la terraza antes de mudarnos. No hay espacio para uno en nuestra nueva terraza. Bueno, sí lo hay, pero entonces sería la terraza de los gatos. Por fin, compramos uno nuevo para la oficina de SG y lo monté ayer. ¡Menuda mejora!
Como pueden ver en la foto de arriba (y en el vídeo de hoy), a los gatos ya les encantó en cuanto empecé a montarlo. Moose era como un gatito.
Por la tarde, Dudo estaba felizmente instalado un nivel por debajo de la cima cuando llegó Moose. Hubo una gran pelea que San Geraldo tuvo que resolver. Dudo era una completa mierda. Hoy, hasta ahora, reinan la paz y el amor fraternal (y la distancia).
