Celebrating The Start Of Our Third Year

Today marks the second anniversary of our arrival in Spain. We landed in Málaga two years ago at this very moment (or thereabouts).  It’s been an amazing two years filled with change, excitement, a bit of drama, and a lot of comic relief. I have not one single regret. I have no complaints (today). This is what I woke up to. (Click on any image for your own transcendent experience.)

  1. What a glorious sunrise! Such a wonderful greeting to your special day. Doesn't seem like two years ago when I found your blog and started the incredible adventures of San Geraldo and you in Spain. Thank you for sharing. Best wishes to you both as you start your third Spanish year.

    1. Jo:
It's not easy to stay in bed some mornings (but I usually manage somehow). Thanks for the good wishes. For me, I can't believe it's already been two years and I can't believe it's ONLY been two years.

  2. Two years already!! I can see why you feel the way you do Mitch if these dawn photos are any indication. I feel transcended! Thank you.

  3. What a beautiful start to the day. No wonder you have not regrets. I'm happy for you. Happy second anniversary Mitch, and here's to many more!

  4. These are just breathtaking.
Actually, my very first thought was to recollect those picture-postcard views from the opening titles of the film of 'South Pacific'. But then it didn't take me long to realise that YOURS are not tinted!

  5. I don't remember how I found your blog, Mitch, but I'm so very glad that I did! Cheers to you and Jerry, and here's to another beautiful year in Spain. Thanks for sharing it all with us!

Share your thoughts and experiences. It's always nice to know I'm not alone.
