No.
Bob:
Not your style, is it? No checks or plaids.
I do a mix of patterns but this…this …….. oh,honey, no.
ACK! PTUI!
anne marie:
I always wondered how that was spelled! How do you say it in Finnish?
Nothing can explain that . . . nothing.
David:
Easy. Fuengirola.
Including the little girl in anguish was a great statement, Mitchell. Ha!
Judith:
I thought so. (I did extend her inner brows… just a bit.)
I quite like her blouse although yes, everything else needs to be taken away and burned.
Debra:
Give her shoes with heels so high she can’t walk, smother her in make up, and put her on a catwalk. A star is born.
Yowza. Even scares small children.
Mary:
Do you see how the little girl was pointing. Run, Daddy, RUN!!!
A bold fashion statement as my sainted mother use to say.
Willym:
My mother would NOT have been so kind.
Oh but with Isabella it was the tone that bore the venom.
Ouchy!
One needs special glasses to look in her direction!
Jim:
I wonder if they have special glasses that make things solid colors.
I posted on FB a link to a Burberry fashion show ~ “CHECK” out picture number 3!
Ron:
Amazing, isn’t it. Reminds me of an episode (well MANY episodes) of AbFab. “It is Lacroix, darling!” “Oh, fabulous.”
Looks like a Project Runway winner to me! On the street it’s WTF! On a runway it’s WTF next year’s trendy, high priced couture 🙂
Deedles:
That’s the truly ironic part. We do double takes on the street and applaud them on the catwalk.
She got dressed in the dark.
Adam:
There’s a lot of that going around.
No wonder the baby’s crying. But I kind of admire her chutzpah!
Steve:
The woman, sadly, doesn’t stand out around here (no chutzpah required).
I love this photo !
parsnip
Parsnip:
It made me laugh. Poor kid.
I admit to loving patterned clothing – but the golden rule is one pattered piece – period. Obviously she didn’t get that memo
Cheapchick:
Oh, you haven’t been watching Fashion Week(s). Apparently the check trend is the most important of the season (unmatched checks everywhere). This poor woman is stuck on botanicals.
I’ve heard of wanting to stand out in a crowd but this is just plain ********! I can only surmise that she doesn’t want to be missed when someone comes to collect her.
Raybeard:
If she wanted to stand out, she should have worn solid colors. She blended in with all the expats around her!
