I’ve been having a difficult time digging myself out of a depressive hole. No big deal. It’s the story of my life and it’s been worse. At least my eyes still peer above the surface at times. I’ll do some nice things today and will forget myself for a bit.
I chatted with The Kid Brother last night. He’s doing great, although he was himself a bit less perky this week. However, he bowled a 150 over the weekend and was quite proud of that. We’ll be seeing each other in Brooklyn in just around 2 weeks. We’re both very excited about that.
Meanwhile, here are some shots of what’s been entertaining me lately. The image above is of Moose soaking up the sun in the dining room Monday morning. I should probably do the same, although it’s not so sunny today.
Me ha resultado difícil salir de un agujero depresivo. No es gran cosa. Es la historia de mi vida y ha sido peor. Al menos mis ojos todavía miran por encima de la superficie a veces. Haré algunas cosas bonitas hoy y me olvidaré de mí mismo por un rato.
Anoche charlé con El Hermanito. Le está yendo muy bien, aunque él mismo estaba un poco menos alegre esta semana. Sin embargo, lanzó un 150 durante el fin de semana y estaba muy orgulloso de ello. Nos veremos en Brooklyn en aproximadamente 2 semanas. Ambos estamos muy emocionados por eso.
Mientras tanto, aquí hay algunas tomas de lo que me ha estado entreteniendo últimamente. La imagen de arriba es de Moose tomando el sol en el comedor el lunes por la mañana. Probablemente debería hacer lo mismo, aunque hoy no hace tanto sol.
