THERE WAS ANOTHER exercise group on our beach Saturday morning. Fuengirola Moves (click here) will soon be finished. The most recent group was from Crossfit Fuengirola. The workout can be fun and tough, but I’m not a fan. Among other things, my sense is that, except for serious athletes and those readily committed to working out, it’s not a routine that most people can stick with for long. That being said, it was still fun to watch before I went for coffee. And there were some nice sights. Even Dudo, who pretended to not be interested, could be found later peering through the drain hole.

HUBO OTRO GRUPO en nuestra playa el sábado por la mañana. Fuengirola se Mueve (haz click aquí) pronto estará terminado. El grupo más reciente era de Crossfit Fuengirola. El entrenamiento puede ser divertido y difícil, pero no soy un fan. Dentro otras cosas, mi sentido es que, a excepción de los atletas serios y aquellos que se comprometen fácilmente a entrenar, no es una rutina que la mayoría de las personas pueda mantener durante mucho tiempo. Dicho esto, todavía era divertido mirar antes de ir a tomar un café. Y había algunas vistas bonitas. Incluso Dudo, que fingía no estar interesado, podía encontrarse más tarde mirando del agujero de drenaje.
Un descanso para refrescarse en el mar Mediterráneo.
