THAT’S EUSKARA, THE Basque language, for Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I tried to teach the cats how to say it so I could create a personal video for you, but they refused to cooperate. Dudo wouldn’t even wear the reindeer antlers I got him. At least Moose modeled the Santa hat. Although, admittedly, that was only in Photoshop.
An acquaintance from Basque Country tries to teach me a new word or phrase in Euskara whenever he sees me. I never retain any of them for more than a minute. The only reason I remember this one is because he wrote it on a napkin. Anyway, here are all the cat photos to finish off the year. So, Zorionak Eta Urte Berri On. Feliz Navidad. God Jul. Merry Christmas. Happy Kwanzaa. Happy Chanukah. Happy Holidays. Happy Solstice. And, if none of this means a thing to you: Have a nice day.

Un conocido de País Vasco intenta enseñarme una nueva palabra o frase en euskara cada vez que me ve. Nunca retengo ninguno de ellos por más de un minuto. Showed your pictures of Moose to my two and they were puzzled as to why you did not have pictures of Dachshunds. According to Nicky, dachshund selfies are far more likely to get you lots of attention to your blog. I do not argue with Nicky.
