I’M PRETTY SURE it’s supposed to be “Dance” like no one is watching. OK, I know it’s supposed to be “Dance.”
But, here are some examples of the food we ate in Bergen at restaurants and at the homes of our cousins … like no one was watching.
First are photos from a night at Bruggeloftet & Stuene Restaurant with cousins Ellen and Hanne-Beate and Håkon. We now understand why this is one of Ellen’s favorite restaurants.
Then, a second night at Bruggeloftet & Stuene (because it was that good) with cousins Birgitte and Sam.
And then two meals at Birgitte and Sam’s.
ESTOY BASTANTE SEGURO de que se supone que es “Baila” como si nadie te mirara. OK, sé que se supone que es “Baila”.

Birgitte made reindeer stew and, for National Day, traditional rommegrot (porridge). I was surprised to love both.
Birgitte hizo estofado de reno, y para el Día Nacional, rommegrot tradicional (gachas). Me sorprendió amar a los dos.
